Jennifer Oaks

Welcome Home.

Jennifer Oaks

Established in 1995 as a gated, private community right in the heart of Alpharetta, Jennifer Oaks has always been one of the most desirable locations to live in our city. Yet today, we still enjoy the feeling of living far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This is a wonderfully planned, 75 home development with front lawn gas lamps, sidewalks lit by streetlights, a swimming pool and two tennis courts, to highlight a few amenities. Many of our homes back up to a nature preserve. A natural landmark, Foe Killer Creek, also runs throughout the neighborhood.

Jennifer Oaks is located on Mid-Broadwell Road, just 3 1/2 miles west of Georgia 400, off of the Haynes Bridge Road exit. Situated between Historic Crabapple and Alpharetta's quaint downtown area, we are only about 2 miles from many beautiful city parks and recreation facilities. Some of the best restaurants and shopping in all of Georgia are right in our area as well! This means there's a lot to do with time to enjoy it - everything is so close to home!

Our children are extremely fortunate to attend some of the highest ranked public schools in the entire state. In 2005, the new Milton High School campus opened and has received rave reviews. Northwestern Middle and Alpharetta Elementary are consistently rated as top schools in Georgia. These schools, in addition to many excellent private schools, are all within 2 to 3 miles of our community.

Now you can see just some of the reasons why we love our friendly neighborhood and why we are so proud to call it home. Please come and visit when you are in the area and see for yourself why we are excited to be living here in Jennifer Oaks.
